If nursing support should be required, the in-house outpatient nursing care service is available on call, 24 hours a day. Freshly prepared delicacies every day to suit every taste guarantee culinary variety.

Prices
- ab 32 qm: monatliches Entgelt ab 1.150 €
- ab 42 qm: monatliches Entgelt ab 1.600 €
- ab 55 qm: monatliches Entgelt ab 2.150 €
- ab 75 qm: monatliches Entgelt ab 2.600 €
Das jeweilige monatliche Entgelt richtet sich nach Größe, Grundriss und Lage des Appartements. Für eine 2. Person ist eine zusätzliche monatliche Pauschale von lediglich 95,– € zu entrichten.

- Monthly rent including heating costs, water consumption and all ancillary costs (excluding individual electricity consumption)
- Apartment standard equipment (basic lighting, kitchenette, full bath or shower, terrace or balcony, storage room, emergency call system, in-house telephone)
- 24-hour on-call service by the in-house nursing staff.
- Free access to all common rooms
- Assistance with questions of daily life
- Procurement of therapeutic and medical services
- Cultural and social activities
- Reception service
