The DANA nursing home Fridastraße is situated in a quiet central location, in close proximity to Hanover's city centre, main railway station and the shopping streets of the List district. It is also not far from the Eilenriede, Hanover's "green lung".

Bei Belegung eines Einzelzimmers erhöht sich das Entgelt der Investitionskosten um 2,76 €/Tag auf 27,09 €/Tag. Für Sozialhilfeempfänger beträgt das Entgelt für Investitionskosten 23,53€/Tag.
